Easter is just around the corner which is a perfect opportunity to bring some freshness into your home. An Easter table is a beautiful way of welcoming in spring after a long winter. With fresh greens, pastel coloured florals they are a joy to behold.
I love having mine lathered with blackcurrant jam or toasted in the morning with butter! If you feel like you won't finish it whilst its at it's best you can pop it in the freezer and keep it for another time!
I then looked into the farming year, and what happens within each month, so March is of course lambing time, and August is bringing in the harvest. This is one part of my job that I really love - learning about things I wouldn't necessarily be involved in.
